We take as much care with the inside of the cake as we do the outside, so all Joanna Rose cakes are made with the finest quality ingredients sourced from a range of specialist suppliers. Many of our customers choose us at wedding fairs because they say our cakes taste the nicest.

The most commonly selected cake flavours are listed below, and most are usually available for you to taste at your consultation.  If you have any other requests then please ask, as they can probably be accommodated.  Remember that each tier of a multi-tiered cake can be a different flavour, allowing you to offer a choice to your guests.

  • Luxury Madagascan vanilla cake with raspberry conserve and vanilla buttercream
  • Rich Belgian chocolate fudge cake
  • Tangy Lemon sponge with a lemon curd buttercream
  • Boozy Champagne and strawberry sponge with strawberry conserve and champagne buttercream
  • Luxurious white Belgian chocolate and raspberry mud cake
  • Traditional rich fruit cake soaked in Brandy
